Personalised contact - Once you have spoken to a manager this will be the same manager who will be your main contact all the way through the process and we will always attempt to have a manager attend the first time we work together as its always good to put a face to the name

Before the event we will work closely with you to ensure you have the right level of cover in line with the appropriate legislation. Where appropriate we will provide a full medical plan that is circulated to yourselves and any external organisations involved (e.g. the local Ambulance Trust). Post event we will make sure you have all the information you need to ensure you can satisfy any requirements you have in terms of reports for Health and Safety or Insurance.
